APPLY TO BE A POSITION IN THE ROOSEVELT INSTITUTION by JANUARY 20
What is the Roosevelt Institution? The Roosevelt Institution is a student think-and-do tank whose UNC chapter is one of the oldest and most active in the country. The Roosevelt Institution is a hub for students who are passionate about solving social problems by using policy. The organization sponsors campus events, organizing conferences, conducts policy research, meets in small groups around policy topics, and works with think tanks, policymakers, and foundations on policy implementation.
What positions are available?
- Director of existing policy centers
- Deputy Director of existing policy centers
- Treasurer
- Special assistants to the president, policy coordinator, and policy implementation initiative
Or you can:
- Propose to start a new policy center
- Propose to start a new project
- Sign up to be a member of one of our existing centers (noncompetitive)

In the email, please specify which centers you are interested in and we will add you to their listservs so you can learn about upcoming meetings and events. We're excited to have you as a member!
